Eating and singing are the favorite pastimes of N250, and last Friday, we combined the two into one unforgettable evening during our monthly outing night!

First up, we had a sumptuous Korean feast at Boat Quay! Kim Chi, ginseng chicken soup, rice on hot stones, BBQ beef – you name it, we had it! But the food wasn’t the only highlight as we had a great time of fellowship over the meal with each other, as well as our friends Raphael, Vio, Jacey and Grace! Many laughs were shared over the casual homely setting of the restaurant.


After that, it was onto the scenic banks of Boat Quay where we took a few serious, as well as corny, shots of the group to be uploaded onto the WYZ blog. N250ers do dress sharp, and we’re proud of it! Particularly check out the cool poses struck by the brothers.



Move over, SINGFest – the real singing event of the year is here! N250’s KTV crew rocked Party World Shenton Way and tore the house down with our mic skillz! It was a tight squeeze as 16 of us packed into a small room, but that only served to turn up the heat in the place as everyone belted out their favorite English, Mandarin and even Hokkien hits! Our friends Cephaus, Zech, Andrew, Pearlyn and Huiying wowed us with their impressive vocals, while Darcy, Zhiwen, Michelle and Junie showed they are no slouches on the mic either! Darcy’s acting performances highlighted the evening as he produced lots of laughs while showing off his talent for miming and lip-synching, in addition to his already powerful vocal skills! Even Uncle John got in on the action as he combined with Henry to take on the Hokkien hit 一百萬 (One Million Dollars). Everyone had a blast as we sang into the wee hours of the morning before reluctantly retiring at 2am.

All in all it was a fantastic time of fun and entertainment, and our friends made the evening even more enjoyable! We’ll see YOU at the next N250 outing!!
